Shipping Policy
All orders require approximately 3–4 weeks for processing and delivery. If your order goes beyond this timeframe, we will reach out with an update regarding your shipment status.
Address Updates
If you need to change your shipping address, please email info@underground.racing within 7 days of placing your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be able to be accommodated.
Undelivered / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, customers must provide a new confirmed shipping address within 14 days so the order can be resent.
Delayed Shipments
In the event that your order experiences a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
